Applications for Masters in Administration Abroad scholarships at Instituto Ling are open until April 8th . The Start MBA and MPA Program offers partial scholarships for MBA (Masters in Business Administration) and MPA (Masters in Public Administration). The Ling Institute Masters in Administration scholarship covers courses at universities in the United States and Europe .
To apply for scholarships, the candidate must have already been approved for a full-time master’s degree at the desired university. The value of each scholarship awarded varies according to the candidates’ classification in the selection process and the individual need for financial support.
The goal of Instituto Ling is to help students supplement their resources, reducing the need to take out bank loans or sacrifice their personal savings.

To apply for scholarships for a master’s degree in administration abroad, you must:
- Have already been approved for a course in the United States or Europe;
- Being Brazilian;
- Prove the need for financial support to complete your master’s degree (family situation is a tie-breaking criterion – we will always give preference to the candidate with fewer alternatives to make their study abroad project viable);
- Complete the registration within the established deadline;
- Never have participated in the dynamic stage of previous selection processes at Instituto Ling;
- Ensure that the course for which you are approved is a full-time master’s degree and has a deadline for starting classes on February 1st of the year immediately after the scholarship is awarded.
Those selected will be notified by the beginning of July . Scholarship values vary according to the candidate’s classification. The amounts are deposited to the winners in a current account in Brazil after completing 50% of the course. Registration for scholarships for a master’s degree in administration abroad
To enroll in the selection process for a master’s degree scholarship in administration in the United States and Europe, the candidate must fill out a form and submit all the documentation requested through the application portal.
Documents for registration
- Video answering the question: “How do you intend to contribute to the development of Brazil and to the Instituto Ling network?”, according to the guidelines in the notice.
- Recent, color face photo, passport size;
- CV on one page (in Portuguese or English);
- Copy of the most recent complete income statement, detailing the list of movable and immovable assets and proof of delivery: a. of the candidate; B. of your parents; and c. your spouse (if any);
- Academic record;
- Copy of the GMAT results or, in its absence, the GRE or Executive Assessment;
- Copy of the application, including essays;
- Letter of acceptance from the University ;
- Personal presentation letter, in Portuguese, in which you will express the reasons why you are applying for a scholarship and why you are worthy of receiving a scholarship from Instituto Ling (length limit: 2 pages);
- Letter of recommendation , preferably from the employer or immediate leadership;
- General cost map for the intended course period (see example) , containing the following information (in US$):
- Annual course expenses (tuition, fees, pre-term, material, etc.);
- B. Personal annual expenses (housing, food, health insurance, leisure, etc.);
- w. Travel expenses;
- d. Description of available resources (savings, loans, financial assistance from parents, sale of goods, etc.);
- It is. Value of the intended scholarship.
- Term of Participation in the Selection Process.
Candidates for MPA must also prepare a text answering the question: “What institutional reforms would be necessary to make Brazil a fairer and more progressive country?” The essay must have a minimum of one page and a maximum of two, considering 30 lines per page and Arial font, size 12.
